By far our most ambitious and exciting project. A year in planning with 8 days of filming, our promotional tourism video for the wheatbelt region 'Rocking Out On The Pathways To Wave Rock' is unlike anything created before in WA regional marketing. Black Cyclone oversaw the entire project from development of the creative concept through to production.
Four travellers find themselves on an unknown country road. Before they can speak they're whisked away by a 'magical' green Kombi on an epic adventure of dance and good times in the wheatbelt all to the soundtrack of 'Rocket Ship' by one of Perth's favourite indie bands San Cisco.
'Rocking Out On The Pathways To Wave Rock' was nominated for Best Destination Marketing in the WA Tourism Awards 2014.
