Yamatji

The native title representative body Yamatji Marlpa Aboriginal Corporation (YMAC) who represent the Traditional Owners of the Pilbara, Murchison and Gascoyne regions of Western Australia held an informative presentation by a lead scientist from ARPANSA on issues of Uranium mining and its impact in their countries.

Yamatji faced the challenge of making this information as accessible as possible to communities spread over thousands of kilometres. Black Cyclone were commissioned to film the presentation and produce an informative DVD that would be distributed to the remote communities unable to attend the seminar.
